newbie with questions! :: Final Fantasy XI

ok i am a newbie and ill admit it. i just started playing and i am up to level 10 and i still havent got Subtle Blow I my hand to hand skill is 25. I have been using cesti as my weapons. What i am doing wrong? I would like to figure out how to gain weapon skills so i can contiune to play and help out parties,besides using the same move over and over.

Hi, your combat skill will increese as you hit stuff, Combo is your best WS for a long time, and if you're lvl 10, you got Subtle Blow, it's a job trait (look under abilities -> traits).

There is not alot you can do wrong at level 10. Unless you turn around when fighting and just let junk kill you.

Until you get to mid or high levels... you are learning. So just keep learning how your jobs work, and how game mechanics work.
