Is there a ever a situation where a pair of augmented Fudo's would beat Fudo/Perdu or Senji/Perdu and what kind of augments would they need?

Yes, that is the thread that sparked my question. Theoretically can a combination of TWO Augmented Fudos actually do better melee dot then offhanding the perdu and if so In what situations and what type of augments would it need to possess?
Given the lower delay, Acc, and att of Perdu, I don't really see 2x Fudo beating Fudo/Perdu even if you got a damage and Str/Dex boost on both.
