What was the point of this post again? Started off as description of 5 hit build for some unspecified delay polearm, then saying it's not really 5 hit but regain takes care of that, and then rambled on about empyreans and utility of other jobs and stuff? >.>

Judging by a number of things you listed in this post, I have to go out on a limb and say that you sir, don't really know how to play DRG at all.

The TP set and how to turn a 492 into a near 5 hit, and how to turn a 507 into a 5 hit are all givens and easily understandable.

Your merit choices, and use of WS with an Empyrean are poor and lead me to believe you don't even own the thing.

Your post, if at all. Should of stopped at the TP set. Everything else is open to discussion, criticism, and yes, laughing. This is a forum, if you choose to only keep this information to yourself, or to the people who cared to ask you on how to gear towards a 5 hit without suffering any type of criticism for it, maybe it shouldn't have been posted on a public forum.

Furthermore, as far as your last comment goes regarding tactical mantle. I don't really know anyone who cares to even go as far as to farm the damn thing. In anycase, cheers.

I have a Rhongomiant too. Which is why I said that due to your play style I doubted weather you had one or not, not to mention your use of other abilities.

In anycase, you should probably stick to that Ochain PLD and Almace BLU. You clearly have no idea on how to even play DRG.

BTW, Rhongomiant isn't a good polearm compared to Gungnir or Mythic. It's probably not even good against a Corsesca +3.

Good attempt though. The reality is, due to DRG having access to Drakesbane that makes Dragoon are very competitive job against a lot of Empyrean users. Sadly Rhongomiant is not one of the Empyreans which bolsters that number.

Relic at 95 is tremendous now, which simply further shows your ignorance towards the subject. You want to talk about putting words into my mouth, I suggest you re-read your post and realize what you're doing and what I haven't been doing.

I can main tank for one, and have main tanked everything starting at 75 to 95. Minus some big end game obviously.

I do in fact farm on DRG inside of Abyssea. I farm NM's though, and enjoy tanking them. All of them. There isn't a single thing in Abyssea I haven't tanked, killed, and murdered. Rani? Done it. Do I have a WHM Mule? No I don't. I do in fact participate in Voidwatch with a my Linkshell, and or Shout Groups.

Hoard Ring? That's a Blitz Ring son.

My build? It's my own, do you understand it? I bet you can't. Even though it's so simple to.

Claymore Grip? It's amazing. Does it work with my build? Yes it does. Does it offer me a greater damage potential at this time than any other option: Rose Strap/Pole Strap/Brave Grip? Yes it does.

Do I have a 5 hit? Occasionally. Am I going to tell you specifically? Lol. Nah I'll let you continue spamming your DPS damaging Camlann's Tormentm, which kills your 5 hit. Oh, did you see what I just said there?

Now my PLD is a target? Ochain doesn't make you into a better player just because you no longer worry about your block rate.

Read it a second time, drink some tea, calm down. Re-read everything in this thread, and then consider what you yourself have said, and what others have said. Once your thought process catches up, you'll be able to understand exactly how you are behaving.

The reality comes down to a player like you not understanding the fundamentals of the game, and how you should play. Your build doesn't factor in the need to have to swap gear into a MDT set. However, you probably don't even do that for the sake of your Five Hit.

You're obviously wasting your abilities, and your potential in meriting half the crap you merited. You have an multiple Empyreans, congratulations. You're on your way to that 7, now you just need to level more jobs and you'll be on that stereotypical level you want to reach so badly.

This is the person who mentioned Super Jump and how you stated to utilize it. Not myself... see how reading can make your posts shorter?
