Just as a heads up. I was doing Dyna-Xarc the other day on Dnc/Nin (I can't afford to go in on Blu... I need the currency too much) and saw Quadrastrike at least 50-60x. They use it. A lot.
In my line of work the title "Doc" isn't earned with some fancy degree.

they dont use it often but i saw kindred war and pld use quadrastrike, [N O T I C E] you probably wont survive mighty strikes+Quadrastrike with utsu down ; ;

In my opinion, the best demons in Dyna - Xarc to aim for in order to learn Quadrastrike are the samurais. Let them get Meikyo Shisui off and you're guaranteed at least three chances to see Quadrastrike during each fight with one. Of course there's a chance that it'll use its other TP moves instead, having a guaranteed three chances per fight beats maybe just one TP move per fight.

The NM in Xarcabard "duke ????" whatever his name is on top of the ramp uses it. Sometimes while level sync for TOM quest he be up. Others won't use in area.

If it's Duke Focalor, as Peimei pointed out, that you're saying uses it, then you're mistaken. Much like the other NMs added at around that same time, Focalor can and will only use one TP move, and that's Soul Drain.

Hey Myriads, I sure most people have figured this one out. But still thought that I would mention it in case you wanted to update the site. The gnats in the canyon of abby by flux six can teach you discharge. Feed them tp with the roundsy wand and solid wand, Used the move 3 times on me. Learned it very easy used a regen atma really helped, MM for Refresh. No real danger with winds for erase and embrace to cure. have fun.
