It depends in part with what subjob you're wanting to use. If you're using a subjob that has native Dual Wield (such as Dancer or Ninja), then most of the spells you have set are okay, but if you were to choose /Warrior or one of the other viable SJ options, then you'd want to equip spells for Dual Wield. Additionally, if you go the /WAR path, you'll want to take out the spells for Double Attack since the traits don't stack.
I wouldn't bother with Final Sting, Whirl of Rage, Zephyr Mantle, and Water Bomb, and focus on more utility spells. Having Dream Flower equipped is always good for situations where you might need to toss out a quick sleep, and Diamondhide for your party doesn't hurt either. Lastly, if I'm fighting something where I feel that it'd be useful, I'll consider something such as Cimicine Discharge or Filamented Hold for the slow.
