What AF2 do I care about? Hat only? Body as a TP item?
I used to care about my sig. Then I got mocked and butt-hurt. I shall commence with the self-pity now.
Hat you've covered. It's obviously an important item (one that I'm still working on myself).
Body is great for looking good in town, but not a whole lot else. If you need the ACC you can get a Scorp Harness; it's probably much easier to do so anyway.
Hands are a decent RACC piece. The only pieces with more are Enkidu's, Pahluwan, Deadeye, Barbarossa's, and Crimson.
Legs make a decent Detonator piece, not sure about Slug Shot, though. I don't use them for Slug Shot, anyway.
Feet are the highest ACC COR can get in the slot, save Commodore +1. I use them in situations where I'm missing too much for Haste to outweigh the ACC.
Just my two cents on the AFv2.

I have everything but hands and legs, not for want, just passed to LS Corsairs that didn't have as much.
I use feet in a -enmity set and use Setanta's for TP set instead.

Hat: most important piece of COR gear IMO. It's the only gear piece that can strengthen our buffs and that is our primary raison d'être.

Compared to some jobs AF2 (cough DRK), we don't really have any truly lolPiece. There are bits like hands which have better alternatives, but they're still useful until you get one of those alternatives - plus being able to store it on the NPC always makes shooting for a full set worth it for me.
The bits I use the least are body and hands - although body is definitely my town gear as it's so pretty, and the whole set looks so wonderfully understatedly slutty on hume F :D

All of this is correct. I'll add that Body is also a solid Detonator piece if you don't have Denali or an appropriately augmented Mirke. And Hands aren't a bad QD piece.
