Quick Draw problemFollow

Im just wondering if this happened to any of you.
I was in Nyzul Isle and I was trying to sleep the armored. I was able to use the light shot to the mob 3 times and they all landed. After the 3rd time I tried to sleep the mob but it wouldn't let me. I was getting this message "Fuuji cannot perform that action." With that happening I died :(
Any of you know why that happened? Did it happened to you before?

Timers not up? Best your recast is gonna be is 45 seconds.. thats w/ full merits and a -QD recast mirke.

Did you have a bullet equipped? <_<; Sometimes you fire a shot and run out of bullets, and forget to equip more.

My party trick's swapping job quickly, bullets are macroed in with the /ja but guns aren't because I tend to chop and change. Invariably I aggro the imp on the way to Einherjar - go to light shot it and wonder why it's not working before realizing I've forgotten to equip my gun.

That kind of message typically comes if you don't have cards, or don't have a gun or bullet equipped. That's the only time I've ever seen that message.

it was already ready to use. it was more than 2 mins since the last time i used it. I have the gun bullets equiped and like i said from the other post theres light cards in my inventory. so yeah i found it really wierd. i havent tried it yet after nyzul isle.

Was it perhaps one of those floors where if you aggro or kill gears, you get a random penalty? And might that penalty have been no JA's? Could have happened to you even if it was one of your party members that did the deed.

Good point, job ability pathos is one of the possible nyzul floor inflictions. It really sucks when you get it too. -_-; Especially if your job depends on it like pup, cor, or dnc...

i dont think so since i didnt get any message about getting the penalty and not having a debuff beside my sanction

Those messages can be pretty easy to miss as your rushing along in Nyzul. I've been burned by those pathos not infrequently that way.
