Uggalepih Pendant + QD not working?Follow

Today I got Uggalepih Pendant for thf/cor. A few NM out there need damage from QD.
I went out to test it on EP colibri and nothing seems to work. I tried different MP values like: 0/20,
1/45, 5/45, 0/60, ect. Even tried full mp. And nothing seems to trigger the latent on Uggalepih Pendant for me. Each time my QD dmg caps out at 310 dmg with and without Uggalepih Pendant.

Relevant gears:
HQ staffs
Culverin
Cannon shell
Uggalepih Pendant
Moldy
Denali legs

I put AGI in other slots. Did I get a broken Uggalepih Pendant? Did SE put a cap on QD when you go /cor but did not mention it to the players?

ugg finally found what I was doing wrong. Wiki says only visible equipment counts. When I did my test it was only with rings, earrings. So now I am 0/40 with homam hands and the latent triggered. QD for 333 instead of 310. I am glad it works now.
