The hat is definite WF hat for RNG and COR. Pandinus beret will fall in price eventually. Picking that time point will be tough to assess until we know more about requirements. But even the +3 hat is pretty good.

Well after finding out that these things come from level 100 Nyzul and that it would take a herculean amount of skill and luck to even see floor 100, I'm no longer even considering these items as reasonably obtainable (at least without some hacking going on).

Legs is also the best Last Stand/Exenterator piece for COR, but you need at least +3 version, unlike head that even +2 is useful. Feet for Exenterator as well. Body is a good melee TP piece thanks to Quadruple attack. I could't think of much special use for hands though, there are many haste hands that can easily replace it.
