Hey, I just hit 65 on dancer, coming up on these two gearing questions:
Which two earring should I use of the three I have, Brutal, Aesir, and Suppa?
Which back: Amemet or Belenos'?

Full disclosure: I am not a dnc main.
That said, I'm pretty sure, unless dnc is drastically different than other dual wieldy sorts of jobs, suppa and brutal would be the way to go for ears.
As for back, since I'm not sure if you mean amemet or amemet +1, I would say amemet +1 > Belenos > amemet
And even then, I'm not actually sure if amemet +1 would be better than the belenos... I'd be inclined to err on the side of belenos. Though, it's hard to say without knowing your other gear, how muc hacc you have, etc. And even then, it's situational. But I'd say belenos trumps NQ amemet pretty easily.

Does conserve TP gear work for things like waltz and samba? Should I macro in the Aesir Earring everytime I use a dancer job ability?
EDIT: answer to my own question, in case anyone else was wondering. Conserve TP only cuts down on the tp costs of weapon skill, it does not reduce the cost of dancer abilities. http://wiki.ffxiclopedia.org/wiki/Conserve_TP

Well, you can still macro it in for weaponskills, to maybe save some tp for curing or whatever, I guess?

Unless the Conserve TP stat is on an item that you're already using for the weaponskill (such as the elemental belts with Conserve TP +7 on them), I wouldn't recommend swapping in gear with Conserve TP over something that'd boost your WS damage, since there's no point gimping your WS damage for a chance of getting a Conserve TP proc on a WS.
