Just leveled Dancer to go along with Pup as my only capped jobs and was wondering which NM's to get +1 seals from?
I will probably be soloing the seals with my pup which has pretty good gear, so which should i try to solo, and which NM's are good to throw a group together for?

Best NM's for +1 Seals?Follow
This is pretty much what I did for my seals
Feet - Armillaria, the funguar NM in Vunkerl. He's easy enough that a competent Ninja/Dancer can solo him at lv 90 (might be able to do it earlier, but I know it's easy at 90). Also drops War, Thf, and Drg feet seals.
Legs - Manohra, the bird NM in Misareaux. Again, a competent Ninja/Dancer could solo it without any difficulty. Also drops War, Thf, and Drg leg seals.
Head - Berstuk, the slug NM in Attohwa. Not something I could say that a Ninja could easily solo, but it's not a hard fight either. Also drops Mnk, Thf, and Nin head seals.
Hands - Audumbla - the buffalo NM in Uleguerand. Soloable by a Ninja/Dancer, and the hides it can drop go towards the Yaguarogui tiger NM that drops Nin, Whm, Rdm, and Smn body seals, so you can either keep that hide for those or sell it off since they usually go for a nice extra bit of gil. Also drops Mnk, Nin, and Thf hand seals.
Body - Amarok, the lower tier cerberus NM in Altepa. Since it's the only source of the KI for the higher tier cerberus NM Orthrus which drops +2 items and the empyrean weapon upgrade items for Twashtar and Ukonvasara, Amarok is one of the NMs you'll commonly see people putting groups together for. Also drops Pld, Blm, and Cor body seals.

You could also try granite borer for head seals, it's easier to solo than berstuk, however it's almost perpetually camped by people after the KI it drops. If there's a group there for boss KIs you could always ask to join for seals, since usually they've done it so many times the seals are just dropping to the floor.
And for hands I found that Tablilla was easier to solo than audumbla simply because the bufalo takes for friggen ever to kill and is almost always overcamped.
You could also try to quest charis body seals, I got all of mine fast off of the pursuer's wing quest, but others have said it took them 500+ repeats to get their 10 seals.

The slug is a good choice but I seemed to have better drop rate with Granite Borer. Not to mention he fun to solo on DNC :P
Amarok is definitely the way to go for body seals.
Like Vlor said, groups usually farm him more for his KI than seals nowadays, so you can periodically check if a PT is killing him and either offer your own pop set in exchange for DNC seals and holding an Orthrus pop for them (which is more than a bargain for anyone who is needing claws) or just ask nicely for any DNC seals that rot.
Orthrus also drops Ardor Jewels for Charis Casaque +2 and Atheling Mantle, so you might even be able to talk your way into lotting these in exchange for holding his KI if you're good at haggling

I got all of my Dancer body seals just by asking groups if they were free when they were fighting Amarok took me about an hour as I got 2 from one group who were just finishing and the other 8 from a nice group of Japanese players who didn't need them.

Legs I got off the Bird NM Manohra in Misareaux coast, 6 in a group FL and final 2 Thf/Dnc solo again 2/3.
Hands I got off the Buffalo NM Audumbla in Uleguerand range while getting Nin and Thf they were Free lot.
Feet I got off the Funguar Armillaria in Vunkerl Inlet just watch out for Sippoy aggro.
All zones mentioned are Abyssea zones please don't think I mean non Abyssea equivalents, and if you think well duh I can think of several occassions where people went to the original zones as no one mentioned it was Abyssea /facepalm.
