Looking to farm Garudite to do my second Thokcha, since it went from 30k to 80k on Asura. I'm thinking these two spots would be the best:
Ajattara, level 79-82, in Grauberg [S], 21 pops.
Greater colibri (Tandjana Islet location), level 81-82, in Bhaflau Thickets, 21 pops
Thoughts? Know of a better spot?

Those are almost certainly the best spots, though the second will be better than the first. Seaboard Vultures are another option if it isn't wind weather in Aht Urghan. It appears they can drop off any level 80+ monster:

Maze of Shakrami has wind weather reasonably often and there's lots of new bats and crawlers on second map.
I got all of mine skilling up on Duriumshells in Vunkerl (S), frequent wind and lightning weather.

Would Grauberg [S] also be the best spot for Breeze Geodes as well? I have 2 evasion daggers (for my thief and dancer) and 2 evasion katanas (for my ninja) that are still at level90. With the AH prices I'd have to spend several mil to get all 4 of those weapons upgraded so I'm in the same boat as far as needing to farm these instead of buying.
However, another thought that crossed my mind, would I be able to get these faster if I just farmed Dynamis for money, as dnc, and used that money to buy the geodes/garudites?

Necro Warning: This post occurred more than thirty days after the prior, and may be a necropost.
It would probably take you 1-3 runs to make enough gil to buy your 30 Garudites on DNC/THF, depending how good you are. So that is 2-6 hours of work. I guess it depends how windy Grauberg is!

Seconding, or thirding, the "do Dynamis" suggestion but if you really want to farm them I've had very good luck in Ru'Avitau doing GoV on Aura Statues. Wind weather is up pretty frequently and the drop rate on Garudite's isn't that bad, plus the added benefit of possibly nabbing the skill up earring, other gil drops from caskets and Autumnstones from Ulli (~200-300k on my server) plus a decent amount of XP while you're at it.
