Sadly it seems that healing is worth significantly less in campaign than it is in besieged. Where as you can make full points running around curing and raising people at the cost of 3000mp you can put forth the same effort in a 4 part campaign battle and still only come up with 900exp. While useful I'd say save the charge for celerity raises when the NMs come mid-battle and start owning people and bust out your staff.
