What should my next 3 gear updates be?Follow

Hey guys. I was just looking for opinions on what would be the best "bang for my buck" with nuking gear upgrades.

Current nuking gear:
-All HQ staves
-Demon Helm +1
-Igqira Weskit (+3INT Augment)
-Prism Cape
-Zenith Mitts
-Uggalepih Pendant
-Ocean Rope
-Mahatma Slops
-Goliard clogs
-Sorcerer's Ring
-Diamond Ring
-Morion Earring
-Moldavite Earring
-Phantom Tathlum

Thanks a bunch in advance for the responses. I'm aware that I have some lolNQ gear, but I'm not sure if upgrading to an Aqua Ring from a Diamond Ring would be a wise idea, or if there are other (better) options to do first.

Bang for Buck - DMG Teiwaz since it's "free" (soulcrushing, but free)

Otherwise mostly looking at just +1 int on most slots, beyond that it's r/e country. Prices depend on your server really.

Prism => Ixion, Hecate(Wins on T4, keep INT cape for T3 for now)
Uggalepih => Lmg. Medallion (+1) for when above 50% MP
Ocean Rope => Penitent, Witch's, Sorc Belt(r/e) *Low priority, lol-not-taru MP
Diamond Ring => Snow/Omniscient ... Galdr(ahuh)
Morion Earring => +1, or Phantom+1, or Abyssal(r/e), (Uncommon) Crapaud => (Expensive) Novio

r/e land
Weskit augment with more INT
Goliard Clogs => Yigit(r/e)
Morrigan Set

Any moderately affordable buyable option is just +1 int, grab w/e is cheapest. Lmg. Medallion will replace (more or less) ele torque for resist set as well, but you need to pay more attention to use it.

Based on my server's prices first 3 would be Snow/Omni ring > Ixion/Hecate > Lmg. Medallion or a Belt, depending on your macro style.

Just because it doesn't cost money doesn't make it free. It can easily costs millions, depending on how fast you could be making gil, and how long it takes you to finish.

Penitent's isn't a low priority upgrade. He can use the ocean sash when he's at max mp (and maybe when he's at half mp, to activate ugly on a nuke that otherwise wouldn't have ugly active for), and penitent's the rest of the time. 1 int always helps your nukes, but 45 mp usually doesn't.

Forget ixion. It's still useful in some situations, but unless all you do is tia/odin/kirin/etc, then hecate's is good enough, and significantly cheaper.

Otherwise what rad said is pretty much spot on.

Could try for an augmented Philomath Stole. I currently have Int+3 aug: MAB+2, hp-11, mp+11.
