Black Mage Head SealsFollow

Has anyone found which quest in Abyssea-Attohwa gives the blm head seals? I know it's been theorized that "An Offer You Can't Refuse" drops it because it's repeatable, but has anyone confirmed this?
And if it is, that's bullsh*t. BLM, NIN, COR and DRG got boned in the last update. One quest makes us have to get a key item from a blue chest, and we have to zone to repeat (which resets our lights, thus having to build them again to get the blue chest to drop) and the other quest we can only do once per day. Now we have to get gold chests to drop and hope that the item we need is in them... Just looking at other head seal quests, RDM/PUP/DRK/RNG have to go to an area and /clap, then click on something. Really??
And a whole party can get MNK/BRD/PLD/BLU done with only one person doing the actual quest!
Oh and let's not forget WHM/SAM/BST/THF! My friend was 3/4 on steal attempts for the amoeban pseudopod that he needed for the quest. He had enough of them to get his quest done three times before we got a blue chest to drop in Mis for my legs quest.
SE needs to fix something... This is ridiculous.

I believe the point the OP is trying to make is why are the AF3 seal quests so wildly unbalanced? It's not exactly fair that some jobs get repeatable quests that take 2~5mins per run, while others can potentially take an hour or more per run.

I've been on both sides of this coin, having to get AF seals for RDM/NIN/BLM. Personally I would like to see the quests evened out a little more.
