Dunno, bide his time til it changed immunities? He uses great sword, (he loves his spinning slash), so I imagine meditate > freebite so sme extra damage, have to ask him later.

just last night was in a party in dunes 17-18 mainly (and one of the best parties I have ever seen) the leader was a sam who told me after the party that hes a level 71 pld and told me that I did a VERY EXCEPTIONAL job as a pld "you were on top of the mob as soon as it appeared, you kept hate the whole time and you even healed the puller as he ran up"
just makes me feel good to come back after a year and impress a level 71 pld in a party ^_^

Beadeaux coffer key and coffer complete. Got a testimony while I was there too. Actually I got several, but I don't see myself getting blm and war to 70 anytime soon.

Also, had my 2nd pt in Aht Urghan areas. New PC, horrible lag, but no problems holding hate from a drg and drk. A few more equipment upgrades, and I won't even break a sweat...... for now anyway.

I got several:
-Recently attained my Parade Gorget
-Just got my AF boots and was able to equip them as soon as I hit 52 ^^
-Got my Parade Cuirass (damn I look sexy)

-But most of all, I just got finished with a pt, in which there was a MNK Taru (Lunatik was the name) with very good att/acc gear, that had made a comment about me not being able to take hate away from him (before we started fighting). Ofcourse I kept hate throughout entire pt, which is nothing a PLD shouldn't be able to do, but it feels good when you put people in their place ^^

So there you go! My current accomplishments, with much more to come.

My most recent accomplishments?

-Acquiring a Parade Gorget not only for myself, but the 75PLD in my LS who just came back to the game.
-Tanking in XP, having the WHM pop Benediction when everyone was in the red, and the mob not even so much as glancing at the WHM.
-Tanking 3 IT++ mobs at once without a WHM in XP, and no one dropping below white HP.

Also a short story: back not long ago a DRG friend of mine and I joined a Crawler's Nest party fighting beetles. The party INSISTED on a NIN tank *coughlazywhitemagecough*, with myself as backup. The puller pulls back a beetle and gets a link, both IT++. The DRG and I duo the link while the rest of the party (NIN, WHM, BLM, SAM)took the other one. The DRG came healing Wyvern, so no worries. We finish off our beetle, no outside support, come out barely in white HP. We turn, and the rest of the party is struggling so bad the NIN is almost dead. We jump in, I curebomb the NIN, and tank the rest of the beetle no problem. After that the NIN let me tank. =)

Ding ding, 75 PLD. Getting through the 70's was hell, but finally got it done.

Tanked in a pt last night consisting of RNG/NIN, COR/RNG, SAM/THF, DRK/THF, WHM/BLM and myself as PLD/WAR against Colibri and managed to hold hate through the majority of WS's, admittedly at times with a well placed Trick Attack WS.

But it was good to finally be involved in a non-BRD or RDM party, and pulling in 8-10k/hour at 61-63, and it was fun!

Marids. I feel like superman the first time I soloed one. People still freak out a bit when they see me doing it.

I finally finished COP, did all my final cutscenes yesterday and happily picked up my shiny new Sattva ring :)
Now to get started on Limbus and hopefully get some Homam pieces.

Learned Retribution, I didn't unlock latent as PLD tho, did it as SMN.
Definitely better than Full Swing at 100TP imo.

Next up, Ground Strike ^^

Got valor leggings 2 nights ago, thats about it

First job to 75: Paladin.

Then went on and tanked my first merit-pace party, holding hate almost all the time. No-one subbed NIN and they weren't taking hits, except when I let the DRK have it when he had Dread Spikes on. And I was putting out pretty decent damage numbers too.

And it's thanks to Alla and the discussions on DD vs. VIT/DEF PLD that I had the gear and style to do it. Thanks in particular to ScarShiva, for getting me started down that path.

Sadly I haven't accomplished anything of late as PLD :( Endgame PLD is > me for some reason >.<

Congrats on the surcoat also! That one tends to take a while to get.

Last night I came off trial with my endgame LS and straight tanked Faust by myself. I was happy that I didn't lose hate for more than a fraction of a second and my new LS were very happy with what I did!

Finally finished leveling RDM sub. Capping Enhancing is next!

I partied 69-70 over the weekend. In the pt there were 2 drg/nins. About 30 minutes into the party they took turns going to Whitegate to switch over to drg/war.

I also got Ooooos and Ahhhhs when I did a 609 damage Vorpal.

Die....errrr, I mean Congrats man, that's seriously awesome!
