Here are my suggestions.
Main: Mac is primarily useful for kited fights. You want to be hitting the enemy, and the beaver tail doesn't help you do that. Use your Companyuntil you have other options (Joyeuse/Justice are the best choices, but requires some work). Mensur Epee does the opposite - better the smaller your party is - but costs a little more gil.
Ammo: Smart Grenade is a good quested choice if you can be sure you aren't going to throw it. Tiphia Sting is an expensive update.
Head: Put the turban on. It will do far more for you than the sipahi in TP. For WS's, the Sipahi can hold you over until Optical Hat.
Neck: Neck choices appear decent. Shield torque most of the time, parade while idle, and spike for WS's should work out ok. Spike if you're going /NIN and have shadows up.
Ears: You'll want some combination of Merman's and Fowling. You'll want 2 Merman's eventually, so start saving for them. Fowling is an awesome earring, as well, and will be full timed until you get Suppa and Ethereal.
Body: Hauby will serve you well. I never did replace my +1, but I didn't get a chance to go for some of the side grades from it.
Hands: Homam are king, but Askar aren't too far behind. No need to any gigas bracelets - PLD weapon skills either need Accuracy (Vorpal Blade) or won't be modified by what you're wearing in the slightest (Atonement).
Rings: You'll probably hate me saying it, but you'll want two Woosdman rings. When you can, Rajas will be your best bet from CoP and you should full time it with one Woodsman. Hercules' should only go on for Job Abilities and self cures.
Back: Obvious upgrade to +1 when you can. I'd look at upgrading rings and earrings first.
Waist: Warwolf is best for JA's, like the Hercules'. Use a life belt, at the least, and ultimately try to get a swift.
Legs: Aurum, Dusk, or Homam (Homam is king). Only the Dusk can be gotten through self effort. RKB's (your current selection) will do fine until you can upgrade, though, so do this near last.
Feet: Amir Boots are fairly easy to obtain with Pick Up groups in Assault, so I'd consider at least trying to upgrade to this. Crimson's only place is in a Resist build and, most of the time, there are better options. If you really don't have anything else, use your AF over these, even /NIN. It'll save time switching back in for Ichi casts. Ultimately, you'll want Homam.
In order of importance, I'd suggest going for upgrading Ears to Merman's/Fowling for now and rings to dual Woodsman's. You could do Ecphoria/Woodsman if you really wanted, but I still think 2x Woodsman would do far better for you.
Then, start working on CoP for Homam access and Rajas. I'm not sure where you're at with it, but this will be your biggest upgrade and is worth it for anyone who's serious about going PLD.
