As it stands right now, Hecatomb Mittens +1 with high crit damage augments on it is hands down (no pun intended) the best hands for Chant du Cygne right now for Paladin. That being said, even unaugmented NQ Hecatomb Mittens will do you better than the Ludic Mitts just because you're throwing away that 15 attack by having them equipped.
Body wise, Zahak's Mail will likely do you better than Twilight Mail. While there's less Str and Dex with the Zahak's than there is with the Twilight Mail, that +3% crit hit rate is very worthwhile.
Neck wise, unless you're able to cap out your critical hit rate without it, Rancor Collar with capped Tonberry hate has been shown to be the current best WS neck piece for any critical hit weaponskills. While it offers less accuracy than an elemental gorget, the 5% critical hit rate with capped hate pushes it ahead.
While the Airy Ring you have right now is ok, upgrading it to a Thundersoul Ring would be preferable when you could. Same goes with your earrings. If you don't have one, make sure to get a Brutal Earring as soon as you can, because it's too good of an earring to not use for TP or weaponskill. Once you get that, you'll never take it off. For the other earring, either going with a Dex +3/4 earring or a Centaurus Earring would be the best course to take.
Lastly, going with Plageus's comments on the legs, I'd say that the best WS legs for Paladin would be the Hecatomb Subligar +1 with optimal crit hit rate augments on it. If you can't get your hands on the subligar in any fashion, the Tumbler Trunks would be your next best option. Less dex and attack than the NQ subligar, but still beats most everything else.
