I am trying to determine if a certain food gives RATK. What is the simplest test to determine this definitively (and preferably solo)?

If getting a PLD/RDM is simple for you, then you can go with repeating crossbow + bronze bolt.

With Velocity Shot Steelshells, you can slightly pass through 1.0 pDIF barrier

The simplest way to determine if food gives RAtt or not is to look it up on a site such as wiki.

I really doubt that you will find a food with RAtt that is not already on the list. If you do think you have such a food, try RAtt'ing some DC+ mobs with and without the food to see if there is a statistical difference. If there is, you can play with the RAtt formulas, switching gear around, etc, to determine what the bonus is.

He wouldn't be testing it if he though the wiki was correct.

Wikipedia does't say that blackened frogs are uncapped on mithras but they are.

It also says they are 14%ATT 20%RATT so maybe someone should check that out because if they are they are basically red curry +2 for the cost of a mithkabob (if you're a mithra that is)

Adjust the resolution of menus.
The main screen resolution for "FINAL FANTASY XI" is dependent on the "Overlay Graphics Resolution" setting.
If the Overlay Graphics Resolution is set higher than the Menu Resolution, menus will be automatically resized.

I thought of it first:
