All I know, it will be nice to have a good physical WS to go with Wildfire that isn't as balky as Slugshot. Last Stand looks to be that WS.
Always have been a marksmanship RNG rather than Bow RNG so this is nice to see. Wish SE hadn't abandoned XBows so much. Loved my Obow back in the day.
But I think the message here is that ranged attackers got some love finally from SE. Both Apex Arrow and Last Stand have serious potential to be really good.

If we got a relatively easy to get new gun in next patch, then this WS is probably the best WS to unlock for non-relic/empyrean RNG.

Also, Moros crossbow is the new Obow, it's just that nobody has been interested in it because xbows were dead. Glad I got mine before the update hit because there will probably be a big price jump.
Also just like Jishnu's both hits are affected by belt/gorget.

Not sure if that would be the best. Because you see.. these new WS are like hammers rather than crowbars like we've seen back in 75 days. The WSC is comparatively bigger than the weapon base damage and STR so that you actually can relieve the stress on getting the highest base damage weapon and still doesn't lose much.

Last stand still can't outnumber my Jishnu's yet. Maybe because I still use Darksteel bolt, or Str Erra is the way to go to use this WS.
Also, whenever I go to VWNM, I usually defaulted to Archery and let the CORs handle the Marksmanship proc.

Certainly Last Stand with Arma/Coronach and Adaman bullet is going to run closer to Jishnu's than Xbow/DS bolt. Unless you are a Demon arrow Archer. Then Last Stand should outdistance Jshnu's lol.
RNG still needs to help the COR out on marksmanship procs as COR doesn't get access to Heavy Shot and Blast Shot.
