In game macrosFollow

I have entire macro books dedicated to each job I play, which includes BST. Within that book, each subjob has it's own palette. I try to keep BST specific macros in the same place between each of those palettes (stuff like Fight, Heel, pet TP echo, Call Beast, etc). The /DNC palette is the most crowded one. I still haven't figured out what macro I can afford to get rid of to make room for a Spectral Jig macro. In Dynamis, I use Spectral Jig so much during the initial TE hunting phase, it makes sense to have a macro just for Spectral Jig.

I'm currently using the menu to activate Ready commands, which means I'm not properly swapping in Sic/Ready boosting gear for it. I want to use at most one macro slot for ready moves, but that's problematic when I could be using one of 4 different jug pets. Maybe I need to expand to using two full palettes for each subjob. I used to do that for BLM, and still do it for SCH. Trying to switch between macro palettes during a fight is unpleasant, so I try to avoid it as much as possible.
