There's a ballad+1 harp (@#%^ing harps), and mp isn't an issue anyway, so although it's still best for what it does best (ballad), but it's not worth 10m for 2/tic more refresh, let alone 200m.

Yeah that is what I was wondering saw the ballad harp and I was like hmmm did they screw off relic horn people.
On the upside and the downside, horn and aegis are presently the only two relics without any Magian upgrades.
I kinda suspect they'll get a trial in sometime by level 99, since there are some instruments that do +3 to songs these days, and it'd make sense to bump the horn up to +3 for everything as well. Kill 10,000 mobs with elegy on in wind weather! Let's go!
