Good ******* God, vote in a full government covered medical system already!!!!!!!!!

Private medical doesn't have to go, the two systems can run in parallel.

Additionally, the state that I live in, the ever so lovely Assachusetts, docks people in their taxes for not having Health Insurance. Beautiful, isn't it.
OOOOO, you live somewhat close to me. Wanna play doctor?

This was a post by Nlod, or I'm going Disso and my other side is emo.

D.I.D. (Dissociative Identity Disorder) is when you have multiple personalities. Schizophrenic is when you have hallucinations without taking any drugs: "the voices made me do it!" Sorry to overanalyze your joke, because it was a lovely one before I touched it. Smiley: laugh

Lubriderm, I do have to say, your suggestion definitely helps big time, but my leg still isn't 100%. Perhaps it's a bit stiff or something.

Sounds like you have Sciatica (sp?...to lazy to look it up). I have the same thing from a back injury a while back.

I do special stretches everyday. I lie flat on my back and pull my knees up to my chest. Then I do one leg at a time and then both legs again. (in before stupid buttseks jokes) This really helps, as long as you do it daily.

Also, you need to strengthen you stomach muscles to take pressure off of your back muscles.

Try those two things, it may help.

When I first started really getting bothered by the pain, my mother, who used to work at a Chiropractor, would suggest that exact same excersize... I tried it for about a week, but the pain got to be even worse.

And about the stomach muscles, I did notice that if I kept my core muscles tight, my leg wouldnt hurt as bad at the end of the day.

The exercises killed at first too but after a while they got easier. Your muscles are in spasm and they need to be stretched out.

Keeping your stomach muscles tight is the key to having your back feel better.
