Edit timesFollow

It's always kind of bugged me that edit times are automatically filled in as text on the users current set time zone on the forums. So when you look at the post time (which comes from the forum) and the edit time, they don't represent the same referenced zone. Is there a ways to make a piece of code that will take a properly formatted time and display it?

[time=GMT-5]11:04pm[/time]

It just adjusts to what ever time zone the viewer is at. Edit messages would auto fill with the code rather than just the time in text.

Edit:
I guess the it really doesn't need the am/pm tag inside, the math is the same either way. Just copied what the format of the time was in the automatic edit message.
