lost kraken clubFollow

over a year ago i lost a kraken club in my bazarr. this was to no fault of my own. i listed the club in my bazarr for 70 million gil and it sold for 0 gil. i called a gm at that point. the gm told me nothing could be done because it was a bazarr issue. this happened to me again a few weeks later. upon exiting my moghouse to ru'an gardens my bazarr icon didnt load yet players could make purchases. i called a GM and they AGREED that somthing was wrong and that they would submit my complaint and it would be investigated. they also told me i would be contacted about the issue. over 1 year, countless gm calls, phone calls to support, emails to anyone that would listen and i have yet to hear anything from anyone. i recently made a gm call about this issue. the senior gm i talked to had disapointing news. MY COMPLAINT HAD NOT YET BEEN SUBMITTED OR REVIEWED. i am not some nut that wants something for free. i am an honest player that has never used 3rd party ap's or bought/sold gil. i love to play ffxi and the people that play it. i am outraged at this lack of service. i hope nothing like this has happened or happens to any of the good players of ffxi. i have had many players call me a liar and that this did not happen. IT DID HAPPEN AND CAN HAPPEN TO YOU!!! if anything like this has happened to you please report it.

Oh I have. I have reported this to many venues. And yet nothing other than the typical standard replies.
