The Npc in UJ wont talk to me is there any I need to have or do
for doing this quest ? ex (fame or Rank) ?

Do you have Chains of Promathia? If not you can't start it.

Actually you don't need CoP for this quest .
I have CoP, but my wife just re-activated her account on ps2 and she doesn't have CoP and we got her NPC Today :D k

Are you sure? My roommate and I do not have expansion and we can't start it. Well I know why I cant because I am rank 3 but he is 5. Is fame a part of it too? I dont know his fame, but mine isn't very good lol But we have been trying to start it and we just got mad and so I came here. Kind of regret it seeing other topics! lol
edit>>i frogot, the cat is saying she is looking for someone to help her or something like that. but that's it. maybe i am doing this wrong I saw thread bout how to do this on main board but I thought the cat lady was who you talked to first. Please help me if Im wrong lol
