There's a link in "Bismarck Helpful Threads" for crafting services and has names of high level crafters. Pick one and send them a /tell in game and ask them if they can synth your item.

I got my gob hat last nite :D After shouting in jeuno all day off and on I finally got a reply. Keiusuke(not sure on spelling) a japenese player synthed it for me. He had a mule with many high level crafts and charged 50k. I was more than happy to pay and now I look ridiculous wearing it,lol. I was a little nervous trading all the pricey materials to a complete stranger,let alone one that barely spoke english but he was very cool. If anyone else needs this hat look him up. And as for the expensive buffalo hide needed to make the goblin cutting. I went to ulegrand range with a few LS friends 65 BST,64 THF,60 WHM,and myself 66 PLD. We killed buffalos with no problem for about 2 hours before we got the drop. Yes it took awhile but I saved 300k,I definitely suggest farming this if you can,it really was'nt that bad.
