Forgive me if there is already a subject, I did not see one.
Here is what I have figured out so far. You must do it one time in each of the 2 zones of a starting city that a moogle is located in. i.e. Port Sandy & South Sandy. This will get you the 2 pieces of swimsuit. It does not matter who you do it with, their gender or race does not matter. Doing this quest multiple times in the same zone will only net you chocobo tickets after you get the swimsuit.
I am still working on figuring out how to get the +1 version. I believe its like last year where you must do it with each race/gender. But that is pure speculation. IF that is the case tho, then that would mean doing it in BOTH of the zones again.

Race/gender has nothing to do with it, 4 different zones will get all the swimsuit pieces. Don't do it in the same zone twice or you will get chocobo tickets.
On the otherhand. If you are going to be doing something like crafting in a city. doing it for tickets is not really a bad thing.
I mean, they can be expensive.
However, if you want to get tickets after you get +1's. you must keep your NQ gear or you will simply get it back.

Ok question, I got the top for my elvaan male can I get the short's in same area in sandoria or do I have to go to another nation to get the bottom half?
And im confused when it says north of you're partner's checkpoint does that mean you or you're party member in pt?
Because I get a chocobo ticket each time I trade a doll or is the prize random?

It didn't work for me. I did my first piece in Windurst Walls and go the lower part fine. But then I moved to Windurst Waters, and both times got chocobo tickets.

I've got the same glitch. Tried over and over again in Windy Waters and Walls, still got friggin tickets.

yeah they did some sort of update for Windurst Walls yesterday, maybe they were fixing the glitch?
To get the normal swimwear, go to any city and find the moogles in the zones. Do the quests (one per game day), and get your items.
To get the +1 swimwear, all you have to do is move to a different city and repeat. Again, once per game day, so it does take a while to do, but yeah.

For the +1 swimsuits, go to a different city than the one you did the NQ pieces in. Again, it's one piece per Vana'diel day, so you need to wait a game day between doing your last NQ piece and the first +1.
I believe you need to be wearing the NQ version of the suit when you trade your partner's doll to the Moogle to get the +1. I haven't tried dumping my +1s and doing the whole thing again to test, though.
