Fresh Player - Looking for LS (I am in US CST Time Zone)Follow

Hey all,

Just finished the FFXI install, and thought I'd drop a line here before heading out.

Long story short, I've not played in...four, five years..or something.
I'm looking for a LS. Not looking for handouts, mind you, just some chat (and possible future adventure) company.

As noted in the thread title, I'm in the Central Time zone in the US. This thread was made real quick in the AM for me - I will usually be logged in between the evening hours of 6 and 11.
Any LS groups around that time mind taking me in?

Also - if anyone has any general advice to a green player, it would be appreciated.

AND I forgot to read the sticky threads. So forgive my lazyness at this moment if the info I'm asking for is available in those. If I don't get a response here, I'll dig around in those later.
