Quick request. The beastmaster forum currently has 3 stickies. One that is used daily by anyone lvl’ing up the job is the “Bst Anthologiesâ€
Anyway to get that stickied for us? I believe it would greatly help to have that in our faces taunting us every time we log in. It was stickied long ago but was de-stickied due to the original owner throwing a hissy fit and leaving. The journal was taken up by Unholyllama and updated… useable for all but not currently in visible sight.

Three stickies is the limit. Write a combo sticky with that and one of the other existing ones and I'll automatically sticky it provided it is at least as well formatted as the origional and has a link to both the origional threads for credit purposes. Otherwise, No.

Hehe, this forum has four stickies as well. 
And I always thought it was four stickies max. That's what we were told when we asked for a fifth sticky on the Main WoW Forum. In fact, I think the exact response we got was: "There is no 5th sticky."

Please "talk up" if your comprehension white-shifts. I will use simple-happy language-words to help you understand.
policy is 3 stickies. there is no programmatical limit. I will not make everyone scroll through more than 3 extra lines of post every single time they visit that forum. the 4th one is in here because of the hardware upgrades and public outcry over them. igt also says temporary. there are exceptions, most of those were instigated by other admins. I do not agree with their decicion to allow more than 3, but that is their call. some people like lots of stickies, I am not one of them. see the sticky faq for the official rules.

I think it's a good policy, I've seen forums with 15-20 stickies, makes them a pain in the *** to use.

The official World of Warcraft forums get a new sticky everytime a Blue (admin) decides to make a public service announcement, or whenever the admins decide to sticky a funny thread.
The first page consists of stickies, more or less.
