I remember once when people were saying we should donate for a new server, I mentioned that the Tax Man frowns heavily upon for-profit companies accepting private donations. The same scenario came up on another forum I frequent.

Dana, that is not entirely true. When I first got my job WAY BACK WHEN, I worked for free... just the premium alone was good enough. The pay was just an added bonus when I first started getting it.
