As much as I love cheese, it doesn't like me that much.

Therefore the 3 pairs of earrings I made today with my new disk cutter. They are made with copper and silver.

I prefer Roquefort, not because of the taste...I don't think I've actually tried it. I like it because it only comes from one natural cave system in one small area of France. Although...the cheap, crappy mexican-branded american cheese I bought recently that is weirdly immune to melting is probably only made in one factory in the world, so maybe exclusivity isn't everything.

There is actually cheese that doesn't melt normally that has nothing to do with factories. Something about the protein structure. Paneer acts like this. you can grill these cheeses and they are amazing!

A couple years ago I tried different cheeses. Smoked Gouda was the only one out of them all that I liked.
