If you're creative you can solve overpopulation and hunger along with rent-seeking parasites all at the same time. You might be eating more burgers than usual, but who doesn't like burgers?

Vegan burgers don't agree with my stomach. Can we send those to all those starving kids in Africa my Bioshock reference always told me about?

Sounds like a green solution to me.

Seriously, though, we should definitely murder and eat the rich.

Probably a better cut of meat. You could go steaks instead of burgers.

I mean they don't look like the ones in the Jetsons, but we stopped making cars with tail fins too.

Perhaps technology could solve the problem of rent-seeking parasites?

There are areas where Housing costs are very low, so if you can find work there you are all set.

If that were true, veggie burgers would never have been created.

Why not steak burgers?

Smiley: lol Generally housing costs are low because so is employment.

Veggie "burgers" are a desperate cry by the vegan's inner normal person, trying to find a way out.

I was thinking the same and it's shades of the whole "poor people don't know how good they have it with their color televisions and microwave ovens" argument while they struggle to pay rent and keep the utilities connected (much less acquire a doctor's bill).

The issue is that the cost of voluntary (mainly electronic) consumer goods goes down as new stuff comes on the market but housing, energy costs, transportation, food, medical and other necessities tends to go up. Being able to acquire one isn't necessarily indicative of the ability to acquire the other.

With current design & construction that is true, but you can build differently. I realize it sounds ****** to say "Well just live in a tiny house", it is sorta a solution.

Well, if you have to show up at a structure to work, yes.

More like this?. Looks like it never saw mass production. Maybe if you contact the guy he can help hook you up with one, maybe pretend to be disabled too. Either that or move to Japan...

I'll just hold out for the self-driving car. Even George had to fly his family around from tower to tower.

This is why the Roombas sent back Arnold Schwarzenegger to kill Sarah Conner and butcher the English language.

You really should consider moving to Japan then, they're kinda the experts in this type of robotics.

They've already got expressive robot butts down. Now if they'd just team up with China, they could combine those with robot, *ahem* "milkers" and be halfway to a full robot lower body.

You know a peculiar amount of what's new in robotic sex apparatus. Maybe you should spend more time playing Bioshock.

No the problem was we won, which means we have to pay to defend people who are free to use their extra resources to make sexy robots. Maybe if they ever invent a time-machine we can get a do-over.

I have the weirdest things in the news feed on my Facebook. Though I think one or both of those might have come from people making fun of them on Twitter. Videos mildly not safe for work, btw.

Americans have a surprisingly high amount to spend on developing our own sexy robots. Definitely NSFW.

That one absolutely came from a discussion over feminist outrage over sexbots a while back.

Yeah, we might want to leave this to the Japanese. It's a solid attempt though, good to see we're making up some ground at least...
