Trump's Business Advisory Council has disbanded following no one wanting their company associated with the administration any longer in the wake of Trump's non-condemnation of this weekend's terrorism.

The best part about that is while they were all on their way out he tweeted about how he was the one disbanding it. Kind of like getting fired but telling everyone you quit.

Man, that was almost English.

Say waht you want about zero hour contracts, at least they're more stable than a position in the Trump administration.

The whole spiel basically amounted to "We're going to win Afghanistan by winning eventually." Which admittedly was slightly better than Ted Cruz's suggestion.

"We're going to win with my secret plan and using more guys but it's a secret how many guys. Also, we're not going to have any time tables because the last guy had them. The guy before HIM famously refused to use them which is how all these wars got pushed to the next guy but I think they're loser talk. Also, we're not doing any nation building but we are going to stop all the terrorists because no one has explained to me yet how the two are connected. Finally, we're going to make Pakistan do stuff to fix our problems because that's working out great with China and North Korea. You can see how good I am at negotiating those sorts of things."

When will we learn not to go to war in Afghanistan. Only people who seem to win there, are also born there.

They already lost by being born in Afghanistan. That's the secret to their power.

Remember that business council that didn't quit but 45 totally fired? Apparently now in actuality most of them agreed to be fired before being fired because they totally rather have only private meetings.

Well until another group of people volunteers to let us use them for target practice this will have to do. Syria was looking promising, but Russia already called dibs on that one. Libya was over too fast. North Korea could actually kill people, and we kind of like China anyway, or China's money at least. Iraq has its moments, but it's just not consistent enough.

Afghanistan is like the perfect opportunity. We don't have to worry about the war ending prematurely. They aren't really a serious threat so we can shoot things with relatively few casualties. The world was behind us getting involved in the first place, so we have a good excuse to be there. So many reasons it makes the prefect training ground. It's the kind of opportunity you don't give up just because you aren't "winning" or whatever people think you should be doing over there.

Apparently some email was discovered from a top aide trying to set up a meeting with Putin himself. If the election taught us anything it's that emails are the most important piece of evidence one can ever find and that 45 should be sent to jail.

Hillary had more e-mails... Makes you think. Smiley: tinfoilhat

Is surprising that a "top aide" would know so little about the rules and laws surrounding the election. You'd think the campaign would have at least have a power point slide or two warning people to read up and not do dumb things.

Dunno, maybe I'm being overly-optimistic, but you'd think they'd be capable of obtaining any relevant information without blatantly violating campaign laws.

Having your son meet with someone who has connections to members of the Russian hierarchy would be more prudent and more easily explained away. There's at least some deniability and a bit of a buffer there. Having an aide who wants to set up a meeting with Putin directly strikes me as a needlessly dumb idea, and good reason to dispose of the aide before people get wind of it and lawyers get involved.

I'm a bit surprised that campaign and administration members haven't died of not at all suspicious heart attacks. I guess Putin never got around to divulging that particular tactic to trump.

Where does the fake Haitian orphanage fit in?

Also Trump fired his director of making him feel good. Looking for articles in the mainstream press about Trump's accomplishments had to be about the most thankless and difficult job on the planet. Smiley: rolleyes
