LB3 {Help me out!}Follow

Hi all,

I was suppose to do LB3 with some friends the other day, but my schedule only allows me to play during the day (while my friends mostly play later at night) so they ended up doing it without me. I don't have any of the items to access the ??? to get the crest, and while trying to do this solo, I got annihilated. I was curious if anyone could help me out who has easy access to these areas.
