TheWoodlandMilitia is a brand new linkshell formed for new players, returning players, and all friendly people looking for a tight knit group. We are still very small with just a few members but we look forward to being a major force on the Odin server. The shell was formed on July 8th 2012. How open are you to players from other timezones? I'm a UK player so I probably won't be on at the same time as players except possibly on weekends but I'm interested in joining an LS.

We are awesome :D Every single player in the LS help newbies and advanced players. Jokes all day long on the chat :D Nobody forces you to play anything for the sake of the LS, we're just having fun :D

I can personally testify to this LS's awesomeness! It's great when you're just popping on to do some grinding and have a group of fun people to talk to. :) I'm honestly looking forward to when I'm a higher level and can join them in some of the endgame stuff :)

My younger brother and I got a pearl to this wonderful linkshell just last night when we were struggling with another player to get our subjob items (since the Dunes are just about dead these days). They helped us out tremendously in getting started/situated on Odin, and within a couple of hours had all the stuff we needed for the quest and some pointers on adapting to the new changes since my last play of FFXI.
Overall a great experience! I hope to be sticking around for quite some time, as the shell is lively!

Hello! I am a returning player and am very interested in joining your LS! I got hacked about 2 years ago and quit (originally on Ifrit) but am int he process of recovering my content ID as we speak and got a good friend of mine to start playing as well. I want to get back into things, but this past week i cant even get so much as an exp party. I don't know if there just are not that many people playing anymore. I would love an invite.
