Oh? Gotta set up my DVR... I knew it was soon but didn't know it was today.

Now I have WAY too many shows I'm watching. My DVR has to be doing about 3-5 shows every night. (Except Saturdays, there is nothing on Saturday).

Well and apparently they're doing a one hour recap starting at 7, to remind us what all happened last season. Weird, but I'll probably still watch it.

I watched the recap. Nothing spectacular but there wasn't really anything on at 7 anyway.

They chose an interesting route the bring the series. Ensures a lot of potential story.

I was pretty amazed to learn that this show was coming back for a second season. I tried to watch the season premier, but the whole Snow White and Prince Charming being Emma's parents in our time in Storybook, ME is pretty flakey. And Snow White is getting kind of freaky looking.

Rumple and Regina are the only convincing actors. They should have been the headliners.

The show, along with it's commercials, wasn't keeping my attention away from my book. I'll not be going out of my way to watch.

Yeah, the recap wasn't anything special. It made for a good refresher of what happened last season, which is what I watched it for in the first place.

Rumple and Regina are definitely the best actors in the show, by far. But I think the rest of the people do a pretty good job. Jennifer Morrison does a good job in general, I think. Emma is definitely a lot different than Cameron from House, and it shows in her acting.

It definitely is weird looking at these three 20 something characters and knowing that the daughter is most likely older physically than her parents. And that these two people who (again physically) just had a baby now have a grandson too.

I like Rumple and Regina. But I don't care for Emma's character. Not so much Jennifer Morrison's acting, but I just think she's poorly written. I think Henry was good for the first season, he wasn't much in this episode so I don't really have an opinion.

Also, when the Prince (David?) took Henry back to live with him, I _swear_ he said "Harry" to him instead of Henry. I skipped back on my DVR twice to listen to it and could not make out the N sound at all. Then about 10 seconds later he says "Henry" clearly and you can hear the N... It drove me crazy when I heard it and I almost couldn't stop skipping back listening to it.

Yeah, Emma seems really flat a lot of the times. I get that she's kind of a cold person because of how she grew up, but she doesn't seem to have much development to her beyond the whole "I was abandoned as a child, wah!" thing. The only thing that really gives her any depth is her relationship with Henry.

Anyone still following this?

I was on and off for a bit, but last nights episode finally reaching Rumpelstiltskin's story in fairytale lore, gives me hope that there might be a conclusion to this series at some point.

Who should have died Cora or Rump?

The last handful of episodes, I can't help but think Rump's wife deserved what she got.

Hello, I think the argument has dropped some level. Have gotten into a complicated plot, see how they solve it.

Last nights episode supposedly began the lead up to the season finale. It was mostly all about Rump. I liked it better than most.

It's difficult to sit through two solid hours of viewing tv shows on a Sunday night......

At the end of Season 1, I was really hesitant as to how they could make season 2 interesting. I'm happy with the direction it's gone so far. Keeps me interested.

Latest Gold stuff; I wonder if Regina planned on using Belle's transformation into Lacy to make Gold more evil again? Or was she just after hurting Gold and Lacy falling for Evil-Gold an unintended happening? Seems that Regina wouldn't want Gold teaming up with the goodies, but having Gold be pure evil again wouldn't be good for her either...

Season 3 starts up on September 29th.

But then, a spin off from the same writers starts up on October 10th. Once Upon a Time in Wonderland. Same Universe. Sounds to me like the writers wanted to tell a larger story, but with the direction the main series was going Peter Pan, Neverland, etc. they wouldn't have been able to do it.

I had hoped this would have a conclusion after one season. Then i held out hope for it 'ending' with season two.

But nooooooo, this is Gilligan's Island all over again.

Snow White and her peeps are never getting outta Maine.

My wife and I started watching this show on netflix a couple months ago. We are just about finished with Season two. Not to give out spoilers but as a Tron fan I got a kick out of this little east egg:

Wonderland is a bit boring, hope they do something interesting with it.

I expected to see an animated bird voiced by Gilbert Gottfried appear in tonight's episode though.

So who else thinks Season 3 has been boring? I really enjoyed the first season of the show. Season 2 was pretty good but could have been better. Season 3 has been just plain boring. Was supposed to be a show about Storybrooke and other than the Ariel episode has been nothing but a dark jungle in neverland. Really thing they should have more going on in Storybrooke while they are adventuring around in neverland because thus far neverland has been pretty boring.

I thought the Peter Pan story is interesting, if predictable. You saw it all coming a mile away, but it's still decent. Henry is Peter Pan's great grandson, Snow White's grandson, and the Evil Queen's adopted son. Peter Pan is Rumpelstiltskin's father. And of course now, Peter Pan and Henry have body switched. Tall old lost boy is creepy as hell. He reminds me of someone from Children of the Corn. Just waiting for him to start yelling "OUTLANDER!"

Once Upon a Time is Wonderland started out really boring to me. But I'm liking Jafar's back story. Tonight's episode, his father the Sultan kills him, but his mother's spirit brings him back to life for revenge. And the old man he has trapped in the cage is his father. Again, the surprises are not very hidden, lots of predictability but still a bit interesting.

I hung on through most of season 2. That was the best I could do.

For me too many of the actors are undesirable to watch - Emma, Henry, Snow, Prince Charming; i guess it's just the one family (which is something else I can't quite come to grips with). But they're always on the screen bleching it up.

I think this episode would have probably made a good series finale. And probably should have. But they decided to keep it going. Still not 100% sure what happened to Gold/Rumple after he killed his father.

They wrapped up another season.

Ratings must be good, because they aren't trying to wrap up anything. Evil Queen (turned good) and Robin Hood were falling in love, but now Emma saved Marian and the Evil Queen has her life ruined by Emma in a similar way as Snow did.

And then they introduced Frozen's Elsa at the end of the finale.

I still think that mid season finale should have ended the series. Even if it would have been basically an "It's all a dream" ending.
