Any recommendations on lesser known animated movies (specifically non-anime). I have yet to find a database that that comprehensively catalogs such films in an easily searchable manor. Not necessarily referring to anything buried in a lock box on a forgotten Island, but something not produce by disney. pixar, dreamworks, ghibli, blue sky, etc. Something along the lines of films by Sylvain Comet, Kiriku Sorcerie, Sita Sings the Blues.

There's one of Jesus as a sheep whose name I can't remember that was worth watching at least once. Not safe for work though.

B.C. Rocks

Good luck finding it without a trip to France, though.

I see no mention of Nelvana yet, so I'll throw Rock & Rule out there. Too mainstream?

Well it's not animated but it is a short, and I didn't know where else to put it.

Recently enjoyed Gandahar, based on a novel by Jean-Pierre Andrevon.I suppose I've been craving some genuine scifi recently.
