I stuck around after the Doctor Who premiere to watch it. The actor who played The Master is in it.

First episode was admittedly confusing. Maybe it was because it was so late at night and I was half asleep. But the show seemed to start right in the middle of things, and is working its way out from there.

Apparently there is a group of people who are able to put their souls into another person's body. Their soul shares the body with the original owner as well. This seems to result in some very creepy situations. I think one teenage girl killed herself after the second soul in her was awoken. Man's wife is inhabited by another soul, you can imagine what happens there. And a 9 year old girl's body is inhabited by some psychopath named Marcus (I think). That's kind of the creepiest part to me. Near the end of the episode the little girl is drawing a bath for herself, and the man takes over. Some very traumatizing events occur (which stops her from taking the bath) and when the girl gains control of the body again she's shaken and curls up into a ball against the tub. I'm not sure if it's the same with all of them, but she doesn't appear to realize what happens when the man takes over.

I'll have to watch the episode again, cause I'm not sure if I was just too tired to follow it or if there was just too much stuff happening at once that will be explained later.

I'm watching the Leftovers, so I'm sorta getting used to TVs shows where I have no ******* clue whats going on. Can't say that I liked Intruders, but it was WAY better than the steaming pile of **** that was the True Blood series finale.
