Yes, Cooks. Get your mind out of the gutter!
Read about this on Reddit last Friday, but didn't watch the video until Saturday with friends while we were... um, under the influence.
Do NOT do that. Just don't do that.
But the video has gained enough popularity that it's hit mainstream media in the past day or two. It's... well, it's Adult Swim. It starts as a generic 80s-90s sitcom opener, then jumps genres, then becomes increasingly surrealistic, then downright disturbing, then meta... and it has one of those annoying ear wig songs that get in your brain and don't get out again. TOO MANY COOKS! TOO MANY COOKS!
Go watch it if you haven't yet... and check out some of the other Adult Swim late night videos and/or infomercials. They are all bizarre but worthwhile. For example, the Broomshakalaka or For-Profit University.

I can see your point about watching this under influence.
It's pretty weird as it is, although quite enjoyable.

At this point I think the live action Adult Swim shows is just two guys daring each other.
