First things first, I added a note in bright yellow to the post.
NOTE: With new LSs popping up every day, this has to be realized as being a REFERENCE and to give people an idea of what times.
Not all Sky LSs that farm are listed, but I do my best, based on information given.
I am not a judge, jury, or executioner. I'm just the reporter. If there is a conflict with any potential time, realize that I will
list both with a "?" beside it. If there are any discrepancies, resolve them yourselves and post back here if you want

NOW, ATTENTION, This leaves Decimation & FarBeyondDriven with a major discrepancy.
Before anyone says anything about Deskjet farming on two days, it has been stated and I understand that they have an NA and EU group that do farming in different times. FBD however, you're asking for two days for the same LS. It is possible to pick other days as has been stated. I personally feel that this discrepancy should be fixed by Chibchiba. Deskjet is the only LS with 2 days, and they have a specific reason. Also, on top of that, they don't intentionally interfere with other people's farm times (one group is early morning the other group is late afternoon).
FDB asked for Sat afternoon after Decimation had asked for the same time. If you want Tues, I feel you should have priority for it, but this should be settled between you 2 LSs.
When you guys come up with times that makes everyone happy, post back here, until then, this post stays the way it is with the multiple days marked with "???"s in order to indicate that there are issues.
Someone please clear this up, so I can clean up my original post ^^

To be honest, the issue doesn't exactly lie on just agreeing on a time. In lies in the basis that no other LS but FBD is taking two days, and is that even ok with others? If it is, then I guess in the future there's no limit to how many days a sky LS can request for either gods or farming days. Personally, I don't find 2 days for farming really ok. Deskjet and the other LSs have the understanding that it is two separate groups that happen to be in the same LS farming (NA & EU groups).
If Chibchiba really wants to push for two days, I guess he really should get the ok from others as well, for concern of some form of retaliation from other LSs.
I mean, if Chibs group can farm on two days, why can't another LS just "decide" to farm during their time as a 2nd day and then just compete? Doesn't exactly make sense, but it is a viable possibility. I can't really MAKE Chib talk it out with other LSs to see if it's ok. But personally, I believe in at least being fair. I wouldn't mind hearing his reason for believing he really needs two days to farm.
Anyway, that aside, I still am trying to be impartial, but also fair. Btw, FirstClass wasn't added in case anyone wants to know b/c I heard it broke about a week ago after I got back online.
Just in case someone's curious as to why I didn't bother adding them. I hate everyone equally ^^

Sky farming changed to begin Monday's 10pm EST (Overkill LS's old spot) and to end @ 7:45 Tuesday's in agreement with Impulse to draw the line for Ulli at 7:45. Saturday after 6pm EST(Singularity farming end)is literally any LS's game as far as I'm concerned.. if it's not supposed to be like that, it's like that anyway. non pact LS's (JP etc) are up there all the time, especially that herald gaiter sporting taru Nod who can now duo Ulli in about 30mins with one of his random support Whm or w/e. I'm almost positive everyone has to deal with it every week.

Post removed because what was said was out of frustration and was not constructive in working this out.

Kupo's Official Opinion on Monday

Originally the entire day of Monday was designated Kupo's. Of course, due to the large number of linkshells popping up, we have graciously allowed part of our timeslot to be shared with Deskjet. HOWEVER, I do NOT remember ever giving my permission to allow a linkshell to farm past 10pm est. As far as Kupo is concerned, 10pm + is still part of our timeslot.

Now, us farming past 10pm, that's another issue which is why I'm going to let DECIMATION (not FBD) take that 10pm est+ timeslot. We are officially recognizing them as the keepers of that time, and we will organize our farming runs with them.

Frankly, I find that FBDs claimed timeslot of Monday 10pm est to Tuesday 7pm est unacceptable since that is a 21 hour timeslot in a 168 hour week. Even Kupo, one of the founding members of this sky pact, only has about an 8 hour timeslot now.

I'll recognize Decimation's Monday Timeslot as long as they retract their stake on the Saturday timeslot they previously mentioned. If everyone wishes for Saturday to be a Free-for-all, then good luck with that.

So, what's the official word, FBD isn't Monday and Decimation isn't saturday. Decimation is now Monday and FBD can "free-for-all" Saturday? Would like a final confirmation on this so I can update my post accordingly. Btw, gg guys ^^

The timeslot "conflict" has been settled behind the scenes thanks in large part to the efforts of Pikarya and Ikarus who we thank for their help. The timeslots will be as was stipulated by Ikarus and Pikarya in the previous posts. We apologize to anyone who may have been offended by anything that was previously said. We have retracted a previous post made as it was not a constructive post but rather written out of frustration and hope to have a good relationship with the other pact members going forward. Once again thanks to Kupo for their help in getting us on our feet we won't disappoint and hopefully this transition into the pact will go smoother in the future for other new LS'.

Neclord is the former Knightassasin. The account was bought due to Knight's account being hacked and messed up. Sky captain is just our informal title for the person in charge of Sky events.

done. You may want to go over times with people who already farm or do gods on that day so you can find one that works with everyone.

That's more than 1 question, but I'll try to help:
JP sky ls farm times? I don't know. I only add what's given, but it seems the JP player-base prefer just going up there when they want and getting their pop items/gods instead of organizing it around multiple linkshells. Sort of a first-come first-serve concept. I've heard nothing of a JP sky Pact or even an attempt to include JP Linkshells into the NA sky Pact.
PST time is West Coast (California). I found it easier to just make it where people add 1hour for MST, 2 hours for CST, and 3 hours for EST to the number given. Keeping it in military time makes that addition extremely easy as well. So, if you're on EST, and it says the start time for a LS is 1600, add 3, giving you 1900. So, they start @ 1900 your time, which is 7pmEST.
Regarding Kupo... I don't understand their exact setup either, so if you have questions regarding that, I recommend directing those to the LS leader in-game for a quicker response.

Usually most LSs (to keep from burning out their playerbase) either do Gods and Kirin all on the same day. Or they alternate their weeks (ie, this week we do the 4 gods, next week we do Kirin) essentially giving them enough time to gather all items needed to pop him, and leaving time to do extra kirins, not just 1 or 2.

Try not to step on anyone's toes when coming in, and I don't forsee a problem. One of the main reasons I made this list was so that new sky LSs could get a chance to do gods without having to camp 16-24hrs a day for a simple Despot. If you know when other people are planning to camp him and trying to get the drop, it leaves more time for you to plan other stuff for your LS.
You're off to a good start so far, requesting Sunday night doesn't seem to be a problem, but if you want to do farming and gods on the same day, you'll have to coordinate your setup with all linkshells on that day to avoid having someone pull a pop HNM right out from under you.

There is a time conflict between Soul LS requested god farming time and DS god farming time. I'd say the leaders that are trying to get a farming time on certain days to please read the first page of this sticy first before going to sky and start killing stuff.

( 7:30pm PST, 10:30pm EST ) I wanted to be sure that's correct.

I've had some issues regarding new shells not understanding why I have this post here, so I added this to the top of my post and am listing it as an update here. Again, I maintain this list as a reference. Your best bet in obtaining a day is contacting one of the main leaders that maintain that day and setting up something with them.
Most of the older shells (if they wanted to) could outcamp pretty much everyone at any time. The new shells are allowed to farm on their days in order to allow new shells a chance to get gods/pops.
Caffeine proved this once long ago when someone challenged their camp day in Sky (from what I hear) ^^
