alright...please no flaming on this cuz i'm sure you will be tempted..anyway on shiva at mid to high lvl which Melee DD jobs seem to be rather short on numbers i ask due to the fact that in truth i have no idea what i wish to lvl to 75..i've played drk, war/nin, thf, mnk, not ranger due to the fact i'd rather be shown throwing solid gil coins at the mob than arrows or bullets
anyway i'm kind of bias as far as damage goes i like the melee but as far as dark,warrior,drg, and samuri are concerned which are least populated ...i'm guessing drg is due to "no bone about it" fact they not good vs skellys but who knows..and thats why i'm asking...i like big dmg but not once in a great while anyway was wondering what your 2 gil are...btw Craven in game =)

We dont generallt flame on this board for legitimate questions, thats the main board that happens on :)
Melee DD is the bigest range of jobs, and also the least invited (less RNG of course).
At my lvl 46 WAR, the regular melee DD (not including RNG ) are all in about the same supply. DRK, WAR, DRG, THF, MNK. If any i would say MNK is in the least supply from my experience.
MNK also does awesome DMG and doesnt cost a lot on consumables. However their armor/weapons become extremly expensive (though most jobs have that problem).
DRK always seem to be available, and i havent seen and DRG seeking lately (probably due to the bad rap they dont deserve).
WAR is a good job (i am a bit biased), but your not always gonna be a DD. You will often times have to switch up and play tank or DD depending on the party. My WAR/THF does awesome DMG that any job class should be proud of. My WAR/MNK also does some pretty sweet DMG, but nothing like WAR/THF.
Anyways i hope this helps you out in some way, and GL on your choice.

heh well thanks... might stick it out with warrior since i've got quite a bit of gil invested war/nin full kampf gear (thats +1 german btw) and i've got tankin' and DD gear so until i unlock drg,rng i htink war is form me...might try drg thats the only other one that has really peaked my intrest if nothing else for a hobby....
