Harvest Festival on ShivaFollow

I just wanted to get the word out, I spent this morning Trick or Treating and wanted to share some of the theories surrounding it. First off, I was successful in getting a Horror Head II, not what I wanted, but still cool to have.

Our current theory is that the NPCs that you can trade to (which include anyone in coustume, even merchants!) have a certain delay timer placed on them when they give out an item, and until that dleay timer is up, they will just thank you for anything that you give them.

I will be posting this with the quest as well, but I wanted to give the people of Shiva a first crack at it!
