I just wanted to mention to the community, that these speed hacks / teleport to NM cheats are getting rediculous. I reported the 4th person i have seen useing these just the other day.
So im giving you fair warning. If I see you cheat, I WILL report you. It just isnt fair to those of us who dont cheat. You might think its fun, you might get your jollies off on it, but its very wrong. I hope the rest of the community will take a stand against these people as well. If you see someone all of a sudden warp to an NM, report them. If you see someone running at 5x's the normal speed, please report them. Im not talking about lag jumps, or flee people. It is VERY VERY obvious when someone is useing these, help me put these people out of commision.

Cheaters prolly have better gear, less knowledge and a bigger credit card bill.

never said i have a problem with it. Just tattletales in general. And if i could cheat, i probably wouldnt be playing anymore. Usually works that way, cheat codes make games boring IMO. And buying gil as well since its easy to make money here.

Lets use this example, ill make up just for you Nuz.
A brother and a sister are at their parents house, while they are on Vacation. The brother sneaks a few glasses of his fathers vodka, and replaces it wiht water. The sister tells on him. While what the brother did was wrong, it was virtually harmless, and really in the end wouldnt hurt anyone (assuming he dindt do anything stupid, and just copped a little buzz). This is tatletaleing.
NOw lets say the brother shot his freind in the head, and buried it in the back yard. The sister telling her parents is far from tattletaleing. In fact she should call the police immediatly.
This might be a bit extreme, but the point is, if your useing minor cheats (like being able to see other peoples TP, or the mini map that some windowers have), it is wrong, but it doesnt affect me or anyone else. But if your useing a speed hack, or a hack that allows you to know when an NM will pop, and not only that but teleport you to the NM, that does affect me, and other people, and call it what you want, but im gonna report your ***.

well im in total support of this cause but unfortionately ...there not gunna do crap...due to probaly 90% of these hacks are written by Jp and well you know how the attitude of most(not all) of them are which would be "I gotta be the best atleast better than NA players even if that means i gotta cheat to do so" sadly as the state were in quite a few hacks and third party programs ive encounted as well...go ahread and report to a gm all your gunna get is "we will look into it" and 99.9% of the time there not gunna do crap...its realy sad but nothing that can be done but i wish the best of luck to those of you who are doing this...i will support you in anyway i can
I'm with Ace 100%. I don't care if it's tattle-taling. I don't care if no action will be taken. If I see it, I will report it. I don't care if I'm in an exp party, I will log out instantly and report it. If nothing happens, nothing happens. But knowing we will report it, you take the chance of some GM, somewhere, actually doing something, and getting yourself into some sort of trouble, however major or minor it may be. Take the chance if you like. If I see it, I hope you get banned.

If you are implying me, no. I hate these types of players, and their laziness is a pain in my *** because they have to cheat to win.

Amen to that, Xell. I played WoW for a whole week, then it was crap..
Fun aspects FFXI doesn't have, but not as good, in my opinion.
