need some help,need lsFollow

Hi! heres the story of my char. lol.

on 2006 i joined FFXI and played for a month only, and reached lv20. then quited in order to play PSU(i loved pso)
on 2009 reactivated and played for 3 months and got some jobs HUME (thf-dark-war) to lv50 and some subs to 30. reached rank 6 on missions. i quited the game before lv synq.

i reactivated yesterday and found out about lv synq, fov.

My Ls is gone i was on fairy server and found oout that the server was merged.

i like FF series a lot, and would like to finish the story, or at least lv to 75( i know they raised the cap)

i owned the main expantions only , no addons and no WOTG.

is there a LS that i can join. i dont care if its new,old

Also can someone advised me if making a new char mitrah thf worth the invested time?
i plan to play this game only for at least 3 months.
