It's probably faster and cheaper to just simply level Beastmaster to level 99. Chloris/Uhluashida may both have a ridiculously long path, but the fight itself is actually pretty manageable at level 99.
Either way, i've seen help on these go from 100k per person to people outright charging 500k per go for it. So it really depends on who you can get. Takes a crapload of time for the people participating, so it's understandable really.
