In the final two rounds, stricter observation of the votes will be enforced, with suspicious votes being subject to nullification and entries being subject to disqualification. This decision will be at the sole discretion of the Allakhazam admins.

The Elvaan is so Awwwwsome! Did you see it's Sea behind him? The guy who drawn it had to have so much patience.
And by the way, this picture has a better quality than the chocobo.
