Last week, ZAM.com published five brand new, never before seen STO screenshots that showcased some intense action with the Borg. It's hard to top an image like that, but this week's batch may have succeeded, because it shows a group of Federation officers fighting off a squadron of Klingons.

Could this be our first look at some player versus player combat? Or is it just another mission? Will we really see our characters beaming off ships when they're critically injured?

Check out the new screens, and let us know what you think!

Any fan of post-original series Star Trek knows (and probably loves) the Borg. They're cold, ruthless machines that strive to take over the universe one lifeform at a time. Picard-Borg (Locutus) was one of the most terrifying villains ever to cross the television screen, and every time the crew encountered these mechnical monstrosities, it turned out poorly for some poor red shirt. Yet despite their assimilating ways, we all loved to watch their hivemind meanderings.

So when ZAM Network received a bundle of five exclusive Star Trek Online images, including a shot of a Federation officer blasting one of the metal-headed bad boys, the staffers posted them as quickly as possible. What are you waiting for? Go check them out!

Our friends at Hi-Rez Studios have sent us four exclusive screenshots of their upcoming fast-paced action oriented MMO that utilizes the Unreal 3 Engine and is set in Earth's near future, a spy-fi world of advanced technology and player-driven conflict.

In Global Agenda you'll enter the world in the wake of severe global disaster, the political face of 22nd century Earth has changed. Player-created factions scheme against each other for power while simultaneously opposing a totalitarian world government bent on domination. Traditional full-scale war is a thing of the past; factions must rely on covert agencies - teams of elite special operatives - able to seize and defend key facilities. The future of humanity is their battleground, where knowledge is power, technology is a race, and everyone has a global agenda.

Hi-Rez Studios has said that Global Agenda will provide a unique style of gameplay that combines the "fast-paced action of a multi-player shooter, the character progression of an MMO and the player-driven territorial conflict of a strategy game". We can't wait to try the game for ourselves! Stay tuned for our exclusive interview with Global Agenda Executive Producer, Todd Harris, later this week.

In November 2009, the inhabitants of the world of EverQuest will enter the realm of Brell Serilis as they venture through the Underfoot. Players will test their skill in dangerous areas such as the Pellucid Grotto, Fungal Forest, Arthicrex and Brell's Temple. The Duke of Below is waiting...

"The Underfoot centers around the Heart of the World. This is the vast magma ball that floats in the center of a hollow sphere many miles across. Standing on any open interior portion of the sphere characters can look up to see the massive, blazing ball of living lava. The sphere is large enough that while individual areas have a "bowl" shape it is very minor. Lava flows into and out of the Heart of the World from volcanoes, lava tubes and crevasses all around the hollow sphere, like blood into and out of a heart."

Sony Online Entertainment has given us six exclusive screenshots from the upcoming expansion to share with the community. This expansion looks extremely unique to what we've seen in the past; suffice to say, we're looking forward to digging in. Stay tuned for our first interview about Underfoot later this week.

Last month at the Sony Online Entertainment Fan Faire in Las Vegas, we caught wind of some major enhancements making its way to Free Realms. Today, we got some additional information, lots of new screenshots and even a confirmation that some of these enhancements are coming next week! Of course I'm talking about the highly anticipated update to Kart Racing and the Demolition Derby.

Starting next week players will finally be able to pursue an actual career in both Kart Racing and Demolition Derby with the ability to reach level 20 and acquire some cool new gear and abilities along the way. What's even more exciting is that the Free Realms team is adding two new race tracks: Sandstorm Speedway and Thunder Falls Speedway. Additionally, players will gain access to garages so that you can beef up your Kart with new parts and accessories.

Make sure to check out our new screenshots and stay tuned for an interview with Free Realms Creative Director, Laralyn McWilliams later this week.

It has always been man's greatest goal to uncover the secret of immortality. In Jade Dynasty, a new Free-2-Play MMORPG in development by the same company that brought your Perfect World International and Ether Saga Online, that's the underlying theme and the ultimate goal. This martial arts centric MMO is based on the popular Chinese internet novel "Zhu Xian" and is currently in closed beta; however, that didn't stop us from getting our hands on some exclusive screenshots!

Our second batch of screenshots contains six great examples of the rich environments and stunning particle effects that exist in Jade Dynasty. As far as F2P games go, this one looks great and because it's being developed by Perfect World, I'm sure it'll be fun.
