I am a true adventurer of Vanaapos;diel. Ellamir lived most of her childhood travelling with her father, who sought the best materials for his craft. The last place where she lived with him as a family was Mhaura, where her father used to create small pieces of art, which he then sold to travellers or at the city of Windurst. He was a Hume, and he raised her, but there is but a faint memory of her mother or life with her. Her father would only say that she had died many years ago. Or lost - the story sometimes changed, with not much detail.

As becoming a goldsmith daughter, Ellamir learnt a bit of the art - but not enough as to make a living. When she in her late teens, her father died, thus forcing her to find a fitting job. Her familyapos;s belongings helped her for a little while, at least until she was be able to begin her new life in Windurst, where she put in use some fine weapons that were kept as treasures in her home, and became one of the Adventurers the world knows of.

Ellamir is a light-hearted, friendly person who was raised to respect others and to trust her own strength. In Windurst she has been able to find a real home and comfort, with the benefit that her chosen career (mage) has been greatly helped by the contact with magic.

She never had any plans to marry - she is devoted to the Adventurerapos;s life, exploring, and fighting for the freedom of common people, those who grow the rice and breed the dhalmels that feed our cities. And she will not hand over a sword as the only inheritance to a daughter.

But adventurersapos; bonds can be as strong as any other, and she has found a loyal and trustworthy companion, Arcadio, whom she intends to marry.
