it is not AM or PM, it goes by the 24 hour clock

but really, since it's 8 to 12, it's just the same as if it were 8 to 12am

however opn the east coast it is 11:00 to 15:00, or 11:00 to 3:00

There are over half a million people on the game...they're doing maintenence and what is the "best" time of the day, midday in US. Most people work or attend school at this time. They are doing their best, just shut up and deal with it.

Oh yeah, it's really incredible heh, you moron.

It's only the SECOND time they have an emergency maintenance since they launched the game. There has been 6 planned updates. All updates were always just for a few hours.

Stop the whining you spoiled brat. Zip it.
